From its foundations to today, Lang’s Off Road has remained committed to supporting riders with quality service, trusted knowledge, and a genuine passion for the sport.
That legacy continues under the leadership of husband and wife team Gage Pedley and Jessica Pedley. Together, they bring a powerful combination of world-class mechanical expertise, elite racing experience, and industry-leading marketing and community engagement.
Lang’s Off Road continues to grow with the same core values it was founded on; trust, knowledge, and a true passion for riding. With decades of combined experience across both the technical and community sides of motorsports, the team is dedicated to carrying the business forward while strengthening its connection to riders across Canada.
Gage Pedley brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience across motorcycle mechanics, racing, and business operations, forming a strong foundation for both technical excellence and continued growth.
Formally trained by Triumph to gold standard level, Gage has built a career defined by precision, performance, and a deep-rooted passion for motorcycles. His journey began in trials riding and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to the sport, both on and off the track.
A competitive racer in the British Supermoto Championship, Gage has also worked at the highest levels of road racing as a mechanic for a British sidecar team at the Isle of Man TT, gaining elite-level experience under some of the most demanding conditions.
Over the years, he has owned and worked on a wide range of machines, including models from Aprilia, Triumph, Husqvarna, Honda, and Sherco, building a broad and practical understanding of different engineering approaches and riding styles.
Today, Gage combines his technical expertise, racing background, and lifelong passion for motorcycles to support and grow the Canadian riding community - sharing knowledge, experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for life on two wheels.
Jessica Pedley brings over a decade of professional marketing experience, with a specialized focus on the off-road and powersports sectors. Her career has been built around a deep understanding of rider culture, community engagement, and the evolving needs of the powersports industry.
With three years of hands-on experience working with the OFTR, Jessica collaborated directly with clubs, sponsors, and members across the province. This role strengthened her insight into the riding community and reinforced her commitment to supporting and growing grassroots motorsport participation.
Alongside her work in the off-road sector, Jessica has spent over 10 years in marketing roles supporting high-level motorcycle industry organizers. Her experience spans website development, campaign management, event hosting, and helping small businesses elevate their brand presence and achieve sustainable growth.
Today, Jessica combines her marketing expertise with her passion for the riding community to help build meaningful connections between riders, businesses, and the sport itself - driving engagement, growth, and long-term success within the Canadian powersports landscape.
